APPOINTMENTS
Appointments by referral only.

Dr. Gopie is at the North Oakville Medical Centre on Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 9am-Noon and 1pm until 4pm.

Dr. Haverstock is at the North Oakville Medical Centre on Monday and Thursday. He works at the OTMH Fracture Clinic on Wednesday morning.
IMAGING
Patients are responsible to ensure that they images are available to review with a pocket health form or CD. Reports alone are not sufficient for X-rays or MRI.
Ultrasound reports are sufficient and we don't need these images.
Xray and MRI that were not done at Oakville Trafalgar Memorial, Milton or Georgetown Hospitals will need a pocket health form or CD.
PLAN AHEAD
Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment to check in.
Consultation appointments are 20 minutes in length, Follow up appointments are 10 minutes long.

We suggest parking in Lot 7, or the covered parking garage - Lot 6.
LATE CANCELLATION / NO SHOW
Patients who are late, patients who do not cancel their appointment with 2 business days of notice will be required to pay a 50$ rebooking fee.

Medical reasons for absence will not be charged and will be rebooked when a time is available.
